Since Crossroads is a digital site, adding new information is highly efficient, ensuring that the site remains accurate and up to date. Information can also be updated just as easily, providing clients with continuous access to the most up to date homeless information in the city, when in comparison to the paper handouts of the past.

Accessible

Crossroads, being a digital platform, allows for almost anyone to access it, in any condition. Over a thousand QR codes have also been disributed, giving those who need help the most a direct mode of access to the resources near them.

Replicatable

Crossroads was intentionally built like a template, so that it can be utilized in other cities. This is being showcased in CrossroadsLA, taking the same familiar format from CrossroadsSD but changing all of the availible information to what can be found in LA.
